​Qualified Charitable Distributions (QCDs)
When planning your IRA withdrawal strategy, you may want to consider making charitable donations through a QCD.   Spring Valley Seniors Staying Put, Inc. is a qualified 501(C )(3) charitable organization.   An RMD is a Required Minimum Distribution of an IRA. The deadline for an RMD is usually December 31. Donations to a QCD are not generally taxable to you. Please contact your tax advisor to see if you IRA withdrawal qualifies.  Your charitable gift can make a significant difference.
